For bankruptcy attorneys

Founding cohort

Build the practice you meant to run.

Bankruptcy Mastermind is a focused coaching and peer community for solo and small-firm bankruptcy attorneys who want sharper systems, better decisions, and a practice built to last.

Founding members lock in their introductory rate.

You should not have to solve every practice problem by yourself.

Running a bankruptcy practice means balancing legal work, client service, deadlines, staff, marketing, and the business itself.

Most attorneys are expected to figure out the operational side through trial and error. Bankruptcy Mastermind is designed to replace some of that isolation with practical coaching, candid conversation, and the perspective of attorneys who understand the work.

The goal is not more noise. It is a dependable place to work through the decisions that shape your practice.

Practical support for the business behind the cases.

The program is being shaped around three things busy bankruptcy attorneys can put to use.

01

Practice systems

Work through the processes, priorities, and decisions that help a small firm run with more consistency.

02

Peer perspective

Compare notes with attorneys facing familiar client, staffing, workflow, and growth questions.

03

Focused coaching

Turn broad goals into the next useful move, with accountability that keeps progress from slipping.

Choose your level of support.

John A. Flynn in his law office

Experience built in the practice.

John A. Flynn has been practicing bankruptcy law since 1999. He is the owner of Flynn Law Firm in Cabot, Arkansas, where he represents real people and small businesses as debtors in bankruptcy.

John is a graduate of Max Gardner's Bankruptcy Boot Camp, an Avvo 10.0 Superb-rated attorney, and was named a Super Lawyers Rising Star in consumer bankruptcy (2011–2014).

He started Bankruptcy Mastermind because:

“I felt a calling for representing real people and small businesses as debtors in bankruptcy due to my empathy for people facing financial difficulties and a desire to help them avoid losing their cars, homes and businesses. Banks have all the money and regular people generally can't afford to fight them.”

Built for attorneys still close to the work.
